transfer speed time
would be nice to have this option right at the top where the pause and resume is...
basically what it would let you do is set how many minutes or hours you want the upload and download speed to be set for a certain amount..after which it could then go back to full speed or whatever you set as max..
for me this would be helpful when I need to download something important and don't want vuze taking all the bandwidth and am gonna be away from the pc..but after the download is done it could then automatically change vuze back to my normal speeds ...
also it doesn't have to be complex..just..."after x time..change speed to z or max"

There's the existing 'pause for...' option under the Files->Transfer menu - wouldn't this do?..thats true..but I kinda still want the vuze downloading..just not at max speed...for instance..if I have something I gotta download on a web browser...I would like to be able to slow vuze down for a while till that http download is done..then have it automatically go back to my normal speed

There's the existing 'pause for...' option under the Files->Transfer menu - wouldn't this do? I guess a 'set download speed to X for Y' could be added to the menu but its a bit messy. An alternative would be to enhance the scheduler under Tools->Speed Limits->Schedule... to allow the specification of 'apply rule X for Y', but this would require you to edit the schedule to set it active, not straight forward.
