Check File Size when Redirecting a Downloading File
When torrents from multiple sources contain the same file, I redirect them all to point to the same file/location so that I end up with only one copy.
Recently I clicked on the file above the one I wanted by accident and Vuze let me even though the file sizes were completely different. I figured out something was wrong when the download progress did not match up but by that point the file I incorrectly selected was messed up and I had to download that a second time.
I have also had a situation where at the GB level two files look to be the same but are actually not.
There is a hash check when adding a torrent as seeding, but a simple file size check would be helpful when redirecting a download.
