Device Playback options
Including a "right click" on the device that would allow you to "diagnos playback issues (i.e. improve smooth playback, making it less stop and go, suggested Quality options for that device if the standard isn't what you really want), better buffering system (more cache room, or MB availible according to the computer AND device being used, scanning computer and device for more exact personalized settings.)

Although not directly related to devices, regarding a 'better buffering system' - for Play Now you can specify the buffer duration in Tools->Options->devices
For other devices the buffering is usually down to the device itself (e.g. the PS3) - Vuze will serve bytes to the device as quickly as it demands it. Some devices behave badly and request data faster than they really need it and saturate the network. Vuze does implement some rudimentary server-side logic to try and throttle this behaviour but it is not perfect.
