I’m changing the status of this as you can do this in vuze already – add the torrent in a stopped state, then right-click on it, go to Advanced→Tracker/Torrent→Edit Tracker URLS and delete all of the trackers.

All good features, but as a less-sophisticated user, seems to me that it would be really desirable to have a button right on main screen that says "Privacy Mode Active" and "Privacy Mode Not Active" depending on whether the button has been selected. This mode would automatically reset the the features you are describing here into the mode most protective of privacy.

Decided to make this an option under Tools->Options->Tracker->Client
Remember that there is a UDP probe feature so you will probably want to disable both TCP and UDP if you want to just rely on the DHT for peers
