Next beta (B04) has a separate 'order by seed count' option in case it is of use

This feature could be improved. It's such a waste of time (and speed) to stop and start torrents. I would suggest defining a lower download speed limit. If active torrents are under this limit for more than 2 minutes, then they would be put at the bottom of the queue. Also, the next torrent to be started is the one with the most seeders (auto-sort feature).

I think it would be a good feature IF it were 1) optional, and 2) easy to access (not buried deep in sub-menus).
