Tracker Group preloaded via a txt file saved in our computer.. Just like the IP Filter list
Have the list load on startup.. with a context menu option to activate for any particular download

This is effectively "done" now, isn't it? Or "Feature Exists", or whatever. As I understand it the requested functionality (and more!) should be totally covered by the new Tracker Templates feature.
