RSS feed websites change often (especially this past year).
Changing the properties of the feed so the site can be changed would help. Cuts down on the yellow triangles when the sites change. redoing each feed is a PITA. especially when you have 20-30 of them go dead.

Due to the way that subscriptions work, changing the URL requires a new subscription to be created, this is what the 'change URL' option does.
