Help me compile my own local blocklist
Every time my Vuze client joins a swarm, a local IP address appears among the list of peers for about one second and then disappears. I have reason to believe that the local IP address is being used by a crawler that belongs to a local anti-P2P organization, but before I can select it and Kick and Ban it, it's gone. I wish I could command my Vuze client to compile a list of IP addresses that repeatedly engage in such peek-and-run behavior. Then I could review the list from time to time and decide which if any addresses I wanted to Kick and Ban.
If the "Kick and Ban" command could be automated it would be more useful, one can use the ip filter to block entire continents but you can't disconnect a suspicious peer or one that just stays connected for a long time without exchanging significant data. Anyway you can try to enable logging to file and search for the elusive peer there but you must set the ip filter to allow your country and use other app to filter the bad ips.
