Archive .torrent files for easy later reloading/reseeding
I am a member of a number of private trackers and it is common to get requests to reseed files that I downloaded months or years ago.And I have made many such requests for items that have gone 'dead'. Currently to reseed a torrent I have to download the .torrent file again and manually link it to the content file(s).
On startup, Vuze loads every torrent I have active - this makes startup take a long time if I allow a lot of torrents to remain active.
Archive Feature:
Right-click and select archive or have a setting to automatically archive a torrent when its share ratio reaches X. The torrent file would be moved to the archive folder and would not be loaded at startup. Later if I get a reseed request I can simply select the archive folder under 'My Torrents' on the left and highlight a torrent and make it active again.
