It could run as a web app, could it not? click "add to homescreen" from safari? Even just something to see the status of current downloads. If your Vuse is already set with a cloud-shared folder as the target download destination, then you could access THAT from iOS. It's easily worked around. You may need to do it in three pieces. Something that lets you assign torrents to your home computer for download would also be nice.
